A: The Flin Offers 6-13 month lease options. Pick your preferred move-in and move-out dates that best suits you.
Q: Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included but easy to set up. Electricity is metered individually per home and below is the breakdown of the additional utilities.

Q: Are all units WiFi ready?
A: Yes! Our homes have a built-in modem that helps you set up your preferred internet package by just opening your computer. Cable and phone services are easy to set up as well.
Q: Are there any other fees?
A: Other than the $50 application per adult, we have a $250 non-refundable admin fee. If you have additional fee questions or concerns please contact our leasing team.
Q: How is parking at The Flin?
A: We are fortunate to have our very own secure underground garage and each home comes with one assigned parking space at a $95/month cost. Residents who live in a C3, C4 and certain C2 floor plan homes will come with 2 tandem parking spaces at a cost of $125/month. (*Pricing subject to change.)
The Flin also partners up with The Placita Garage across the street that offer discounted monthly packages to our residents. Please contact our team for further information.
Q: Is there a charging station for electric cars?
A: Yes, The Flin will have 3 Blink charging stations.
Q: Is there elevator access in the building?
A: Yes, there are 3 elevators throughout our community.
Q: Does it cost to use amenities?
A: NO! Access to our 2-story fitness center, clubhouse, movie theatre and rooftop lounge are complimentary to all our residents.
Q: Close to Light Rail/public transportation?
A: Yes! We have a light rail stop right next to our community on the corner of Broadway Blvd and Church Avenue.
Q: Personal Trash Pick-Up?
A: All our residents enjoy the included feature of having a personal trash pick-up from their front door. Cost for this service is included with the Utility Charge for the home.
